GFC Chimica’s production unit can produce specialties destinated to paint producers.

Colourants
The top of the production are the pigment dispersions lines, supported by an advanced colorimetric unit. GFC Chimica’s pigment dispersions can be VOC free, waterborne, solventborne, for universal systems and for the use in tintometric machines both industrial and for the do-it-yourself. They all guarantee a wide chromatic range.

GFC Chimica can offer a complete service featuring the characterization of pigment dispersions in a colorimetric system.

Protective coatings
One of the earliest researches of GFC Chimica’s lab generated the line of a transparent coating for the protection of building materials and primers.

Total Proof line and Acriflu line offer today the best technological performances and the best quality/price balance.

Nanostructured plasters
GFC Chimica’s R&D introduces Carex, a coloured plaster based on a tintometric system and added with nanoparticles which guarantee the best performances of mechanical and chemical resistence.

It is available also Apollo, a thermal insulating plaster with elevated performances.

Decorative paints
GFC Chimica can provide the paint producers with semifinished products for making fashion decorative paints.
Bisanzio is a multicolour system based on synthetic coloured microspheres very good looking and able to give a nice feeling at touch.
Cracking solution is a waterborne cracking solution able to give crackle effects.
Stucco Nano WS is a stucco which guarantees a great final look; it is possible to apply such a product either by brush or roller or spatula.
Antika is a decorative paint very easy to apply (one layer only), which gives an ancient look to your surfaces.

Additives
Performance MTA is a special additive to be added to waterborne paints. It improves brushability, hiding power, whiteness and, when coming to paints rich in emulsion, it decreases the cost/price ratio.

Special paints
The last creation of GFC Chimica’s R&D lab is a peelable paint. It is a kind of paint you can easily peel away from almost any surface and which can be used in decoration, in buildings for the protection of the surfaces during the working and in the industrial varnishing process, for protecting the items during the transport, as a temporary anti-rust protective. A special type of the peelable paint can be used as a removable UV filter.
